Overall a fairly standard process, though my recruiter contact was quite unprofessional. At each step in the process, I had to reach out to her for an update. Her messages were often filled with typos and in more than one instance she referred to me as my candidate number rather than my name. After enduring the standard recruiter, hiring manager, and virtual on-site process, I was informed they felt I would be a better fit for another team. I interviewed with that hiring manager, and never heard back other than a standard rejection e-mail a couple of weeks later. I reached out for feedback on what I could have improved and was ghosted.

Moved fast and was simple - phone screen followed by in person. Very easy questions but HR is not the greatest. I received an offer elsewhere and followed up to inquire on their decision status and never received a response. Ever. They also do backdoor references. One of the interviewers reached out to a friend of mine that was not on my referral list. Standard, but doesn't make it any less shady.
