The hiring process was very simple, efficient and friendly. Started with a simple on line application form and submission of a CV/Resume. There were no silly questions in the application form designed to trick you out - it really took no more than 30 minutes to complete. I was then contacted a week or two after this by a member of the HR team who invited me to a telephone interview with a manager. This was arranged at a time convenient for me which was nice. The telephone interview was very friendly and relaxed. It was half me describing myself, my skills and experience and the other half the manager describing the company and the work they do. It was definitely a two way interview. At the end of the interview I was invited to a face-to-face interview which was arranged a couple of days later by HR. The face-to-face interview was a few hours at their offices. They paid travel expenses for this. I was interviewed by the manager from the phone interview plus a senior member of staff in the department. Again, this was a very relaxed interview with a mix of technical questions and soft skills questions - probably more on the technical side. Following some initial questions I had to make a presentation that I had been asked to prepare before the interview (was given around a weeks notice). Following the interview were a few more questions based on the presentation. After this, a member of HR came in to talk about some the benefits etc but didn't ask any questions. I was then given a tour of the offices and facilities by the manager which again, was very relaxed, and it was great to see where I'd be working and meet some of my future colleagues. Around 1-2 weeks later I had a call from HR to inform me I had been accepted for the job and they gave me some time to accept/decline - I accepted. Following this was a lot of form filling.
