I’ve noticed that securing an interview is incredibly challenging, as rejections are frequent and often automated. What’s even more disheartening is the lack of feedback after these rejections, making it difficult to understand areas for improvement or how to strengthen future applications. Transparency in the process—even with a brief, standardized response—would go a long way in creating a more positive candidate experience. Many applicants, including myself, would greatly appreciate actionable insights to grow professionally.

Despite submitting applications, I’ve never received a call or interview opportunity. The lack of response makes it difficult to understand whether my profile aligns with the roles or if there are areas I could improve. A brief acknowledgment or feedback—even automated—would greatly enhance transparency and the candidate experience.
It was a one way video assessment. I was given 90 second prep time and 2 retries. Overall i was asked 5 questions regarding my personal qualities and what i understood about the role.
HR interviewed, asked about very general questions (why Roche, why this role, my previous experiences), moved to the next round with hiring manager. Got a little more technical and asked my previous experiences a bit more

I was asked to prepare a 20 minute presentation for the interview. On interview I was then asked to deliver it in 10 minutes instead, to see how I could manage that stressful situation.
