It was very friendly overall. interview wasw in a nice office. interviewer was very friendly and respectfull. had a test in english and in german language. i enjoyed the meeting.
Most of questions are from the past experience. Also additional question based on skills mentioned in Job Description. Preparing from past experience help a lot to do best in interviews.
It was quick but a bit unsatisfying. The HR collegues were nice, the hiring managers were a bit unintrested and they are not open if you want to advance in your carrier. They seek to find people who dream to go to pension from lvl1 service desk
