Pretty positive experience overall. Everyone is super excited about the mission and direction of the company which was nice to see. The onsite interview was 4 rounds about 45 minutes each. There is a sourcing “test” type of interview which is where I felt I failed the most. The sourcer who interviewed me seemed the most stressed out in comparison with my other interviewers and also had a “Wth” expression during our chat which threw me off a bit but I’m sure it was not intentional. Overall though I really enjoyed talking to them and they get back to me pretty quick. I am excited to see their team grow.
