Preliminary in-person interview with recruiter to discuss my career path and expectations quickly turned focus to what I believe to be interviewing me for an internal position as a technical recruiter inside their company, which is not something I was considering. This approach left me with mixed feelings about Robert Half.

6-7 rounds of interviews for technical recruiter role that lasted 6 weeks. They ended up choosing a candidate that was "recommended" after 6 weeks of interviewing. Great people but interview process is very long and drawn out.

They asked about my experiences and how I was a prime candidate for the role and were urgently looking to fill the position, but the interview process went on for weeks. Great group overall. Interview process just seems excessive for a technical recruiter role.

Great interview process, very relaxed, great personalities, both of my interviews so far have been via video, they have been open and up front regarding the process, I'm not done with the interview process but so far I'm excited about what I've heard.
Fairly straightforward and conversational. A bit too many steps for not getting the job, but I think they were trying to figure out their process during the pandemic. Overall, not a negative experience.
