I came in to interview for a different position and it quickly turned into me interviewing to join their team. By the end of the interview I had met with the entire team and was given a verbal offer with an indefinite start date. They then never called back. After a week I called them and was always sent to voicemail. By the third time I tried calling it had been a month with no communication from them. They were extremely unprofessional.

What do I look for in a company for a long term fit?
I had quite a few shorter conversations where I got to learn about different teams and practice groups. There was a ton of transparency in the process and I felt like I really got to know the company.

Entrevista
Had an initial call with a recruiter, she seemed brand new. Had another call with a Account Manager. Have followed up for the past 2 weeks with ZERO response. I would expect something, it doesn't matter if you're not moving forward not responding at all is unprofessional. I don't know if this is how they deal with clients but very unprofessional. Don't waste your time.

Wonderful experience, great front desk experience and kind knowledgeable manager did the interview. Great place to work! Friendly people in the Finance/Accounting Recruiting space. Interview was straight forward and positive experience.
