There were two interviews one initial interview with the local store and one follow up with the district manager. Both easy interviews and the managers were very nice. They were suppose to get back to me but never did.
I was interviewed. I do not want to do this and I think that it is absurd that I am forced to do this just to access some features. I was interviewed about 2 yrs ago I do not remember much and I don't care to.

Only one interview was conducted, with the store manager. Drug test and background check were required. Standard interview questions--nothing complex, no logic or math assessments were required to be completed.
Quick, easy, simple process. I had a great and productive conversation with the employees and supervisors there. Loved it. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a job to walk into rite aid. Do not fill out application online because the process will be prolonged.
