Entrevista
I was interviewed to work on the float team and asked if I minded driving long distances (from Burien to Tacoma and the whole Kitsap peninsula), why I became a Pharmacy Technician, and told to take a drug test (which I had to take 3 because they kept changing the store which would be my "home store"), and asked when I could start. When I went to my home store to commence training, the pharmacist there was yelling at everyone. When I asked her why she yelled at people, her comment was we were too stupid to do our jobs. Almost quit- but was offered a transfer to a store for a more permanent position. That pharmacist still works for the company.

No real pertinent interview questions. More or less wanted to know when I could start.
Standard interview process. Asked about myself and my experience. Typical questioning about pharmacy background. Wasn’t very long process. Went well no complaints that I can remember. Thank you very much.

A short 5-10 minute interview with the pharmacist manager. They may ask you about your math capabilities, but overall short. No multiple rounds or excessive prying of the candidate. Overall, quite simple.
