The process was best described as delayed, after applying, I first received a phone call approximately 2 months after applying. The interview was conducted via a phone interview followed by a tele meeting.

I filled out an online questionnaire along with submitting my resume. Heard back after a week; was given an initial phone interview with an engineer and HR. Afterwards, was brought in for a group interview followed by a computer test. After about a week, I was brought in for a second interview with senior management then contacted with an offer a few weeks after that.
