I got through the screening interview with a recruiter from Rippling and was invited to do a portfolio presentation. I wasn't asked many questions about the presentation/ case study itself and was asked a few scenario questions in the portfolio review.

I couldn't remember the exact question but it was a scenario question that asked me to design a research study based on some context that the interviewer gave me.

Overall, the interview process was straightforward and typical of common UX Research interviews, with at least 3 stages of interviews (including a recruiter call, a conversation and technical interview with hiring manager, and panel interview with portfolio showcase).
