While the timeline was a bit slower than I initially anticipated, I now have the clarity to understand why: there was a concerted internal effort to align a new role (pid) specifically for me, coupled with beneficial internal changes around compensation. Looking back, I realize these steps were all taken in my best interest. The interview process itself was straightforward, transparent, and genuinely human-centered. I was consistently blown away by how welcoming everyone was and how candid they were about the role and the exciting work ahead. Now that I've been with the company for a few weeks, I can confidently say this is an incredible place to be, especially within the recruiting function.
