Found via indeed job offers, got a scheduled appointment to attend with recruiter. Was explained my expected duties; handling chats and phone calls with clients, as well as type of inquiries that will be handled.

A really positive interview process overall. Communication was clear throughout, feedback was thoughtful and constructive, and I was kept in the loop at every stage. It felt well structured, respectful of time, and genuinely engaging, which made the whole experience feel collaborative and transparent rather than transactional.
son 4 etapas. La primera con RRHH bastante sencilla, la siguiente se centra mas en preguntas relacionadas con el puesto, la tercera un role play de ventas y una ultima entrevista que no llegué a realizar. No es un proceso complicado pero se hace muy largo y repetitivo.
