It was more chaotic than I expected, and from phase to phase took forever. I think it was because the overall process was not well defined. I would describe the interviewing process negatively because I honestly expect interviews to be more well-planned and facilitated. If I remember correctly, I came back 3 times to meet with different people which is ridiculous. Then after all that, it took almost a full month to receive an offer which was weird. Says a lot for the company though, even though I had another offer, I accepted this one...
