Honestly, there has been NO INTERVIEW as such, only a couple of rounds of discussions, one with the HR and 2nd with the CEO later in the evening, when he was almost half asleep after a long day of work, and back-to-back flight journeys. I have never been interviewed at Resemble Systems for the post of a Project Manager, the way I have been interviewed at IBM and few other organizations. Basically, it proves, there was no competent authority to test my knowledge on Project Management.
