I received a phone call and interviewed with the recruiter. I was set up for another interview with the Division Manager who never called. When I called the recruiter back, she apologized for him not calling me. I decided not to move further with this company as this was a bad sign, in my opinion.

I had a screening call with the recruiter. They reached out to me as a passive candidate with interest in having a conversation. I had zero follow-up declining me as an applicant. Companies need to do better and show they value people's time.
