You are first screened internally within the group. Your CV is sent to all Reply's companies and if fits any of the managers, you will be called by the person of interest.
You will spend an entire morning inside Reply's headquarter, answer to some generic questions (your strength, your weakness) and then you will have the chance to have a face to face interview with the company interested.

Very simple, behavioural is very important. The most important thing is to prove to be motivated and willing to achieve the company goals. Then, small technical part, questions about my expectations.
