I was first emailed by a mentor from my college who had been notified by a recent alumna about the opportunity. While it took a while to hear back from the initial interviewer, he was very excited about the whole process once he got back to me. The first interview with him was wonderful. It was more of a conversation about who I am and where I was coming from and my motivations for wanting to do this internship. I felt great about the interview and was invited back to interview with HR at the bank. The conversation was very similar. Overall, I had a great experience, though the process was a bit slow. I did feel like I was in the dark at times; essentially the language that was used in communicating with me was a bit ambiguous as to whether I had the position or not. But there was a final call that said I 100% had it.
