Very unprofessional interview experience. The person interviewing missed our initial meeting because she "wrote down the wrong date" in her calendar for our interview, even though she had chosen the date in our email exchange. A project was assigned that I spent several hours on, only to hear back within just a few days that they were "going in a different direction." A polite rejection would have been preferred.
