The interview was via zoom with the manager and it was very casual, friendly and easy. They asked me if I was willing to relocate to a different store than the one I was applying for and I said yes and I never officially connected with the other manager so it did not go anywhere

They asked me about my previous customer service experiences
One group interview in person. Very informal and conversational, just getting to know you and making sure you are a good fit for brand and customer facing role. They were good about making sure everyone got the chance to speak and facilitating a positive group environment.

Very easy, messaged the store manager on LinkedIn when a job was posted and was contacted quickly about setting up an interview. Very typical interview and quite laid back, not stressful at all if you are confident in your skills.
