Applied online. Spoke with recruiter, who was very nice and quick to respond through the entire process. Then spoke with an engineering manager who called 20 minutes late. That was quite unprofessional, but he seemed like a nice guy, so I decided to move forward in the interview process. This is where it went bad. I was then scheduled to speak with one of their web developers. He had a condescending look on his face the entire time like he thought I didn't know anything. He also was playing on his phone 75% of the interview which was really distracting and disrespectful. He basically rapid fired like 20 web dev questions. It felt like more of an interrogation than a friendly interview. I heard back the next day that I didn't get the job. I guess I got lucky. I wouldn't have wanted to work with that web developer anyway.
