Applied online through my school's website. RJ got back to me pretty quickly and asked me to do an online interview with recorded responses. Pretty easy, only 6 questions and nothing technical. Then I did a Skype interview and still easy questions nothing technical. That was it.

Had to perform a case-study stock recommendation. Put around 30 hours of work into the pitch and got an email the day after I presented it with no feedback saying I would not be continuing.

Entrevista
The interview was fairly straightforward. First round so only behavioral; however, there were a lot of questions. Interviewer was pretty chill but I could tell near the end I would not be getting a second round.
