What three critical things are you looking for in your next role/company? Describe one of the toughest challenges you have faced in your most recent job? Where do you see your career 3-to-5 years from now? How would your staff describe your leadership style? What qualities do you find most important in a Manager? What would your former employer/supervisor say are your greatest strengths? Greatest weakness? Describe something you have done that has been recognized by others as being outstanding? What are your salary requirements? Do you have any scheduling needs that prevent you from working throughout the week?

It was relatively short. They seemed to be looking for someone to work 60 hours a week on a lower salary. It might possibly have been the interviewer's first interviews given as she seemed to read off a cue card.
