Keep in mind this employer in extremely sales driven, the better you can communicate your ability to drive sales in this ocmpetitive environment the better your chances of being hired. Be clear in your communication, this is key to thriving in this environment as well. Being a team player is also important as the workplace encourages coach approve throughout. You don't have to necessarily know everything about electronics they will teach you most of what you need to now but if you have experience working with electronics let it be known.

There was not a lot of consistency and probably could have been more in depth.

My District Leader scheduled me a phone interview with the RVP. At the time I was an AGM. Once on the phone, RVP asked me a series of questions. My DM followed up on asking how it went. At that time the process of giving me a store, I was placed as an AGM in a location for approx a month before an offer and position was offered.
Simple process that was conducted by the Store Manager and District Manager, experienced needed and all face to face interactions. Process took about three to four weeks after everything was processed and completed.
