Super disorganized and awful interview process that seems designed to purposefully waste your time. Was invited for an interview with a software engineer there after “passing” (???) a personality test. Was given a tour of the place before talking to any of the engineers. During the interview with a software engineer, the engineer just talked at me for 3 hours straight.
