I was contacted over the phone for a small screening where she asked me about some of my previous jobs and experience and gave me information on the role and company. I was then invited in to do a in-person interview. She was very kind, direct, and informative. Questions were straight to the point. Gave me a tour of the office and let me sit in with another sales rep. Then followed up via email with a questionnaire that repeated the majority of questions from the interview.
