Very laid back interview, just a lot of questions about your interest in diagnostics and what is your connection with science and lab work. They also asked about how well I perform under pressure as the work load can get a little hectic from time to time. But other than that the question were very streamline everyday interview question like where you see yourself in 5 years ect..

Easy process, applied online , got some interviews scheduled, need to be prepared, onsite interview, behavioral questions with HR, next round was with manager, second interview preparation needed. Overall good interview experience

Bad. Interviewers were 30 minutes late and were not even considerate of your time. Additionally the time from submitting the application to getting an interview to hearing back about the interview took a total of 3 months.
