I then received a call after my first interview telling me the next steps for the job and how I would receive an email about a background check and drug test which was never sent to me.

Brief phone interview regarding your experiences. Great emphasis in watching the video and addressing any concerns with the work that is to be expected. Missed the mark on one of the phone interview questions regarding when the last time was that I made a mistake. However, because of my many years in my previous field, mistakes were rare. So I was just honest about that.

Entrevista
Met with the person in charge of hiring in my local district at a local hotel where she traveled to. Inventory was easy going, she explained what the job entailed in great detail, couldn't have asked for a better interview process.
