Everyone I interviewed with at BlueOwl was incredible! They all seemed genuine, kind, and experienced in the tech world! I did 3 interviews, a meet and greet with the talent manager, a 1-hour technical interview with the engineering hiring manager, and then a 4-hour in-depth technical challenge. I appreciated that the 4-hour challenge was not "coding challenges" but more of what I would experience on a day-to-day working there. I was not currently able to accept their offer, but of no fault from BlueOwl, and I would recommend everyone to apply here! It seems like a great place to work!
