Submitted cover letter and resume, followed up with the hiring team, had multiple Skype interviews (like 5-6), did an in person interview just because I was in town. I interview with 5-6 other people. Pretty standard interview process, they are mostly interested in getting to know you as a person to see if you are a good fit.
