Entrevista
First was a phone interview that was informal that did not ask any technical questions. Just basic interview questions
Then got a call back for an in-person interview which lasted about 4 hours meeting with 4 different people each of the hours. A lot of it were basic questions to the first 2 groups and with the second group there was a whiteboard coding section that asked very basic coding questions like make a function that will reverse an array. And then you get a tour of the facilities and that was cool to hear about all the technologies they have implemented throughout their factory.

What was a time where you faced a situation where you needed to come up with a compromise and how did that situation turn out?
Found at a career fair. Everyone was pleasant to work with and was quickly recruited for an onsite interview. The interview was two hours and split into 4 sections, 2 behavioral, 1 tour and a technical.
Quick telephone call from HR. One, short conversation with IT manager and two developers (face to face). Took around an hour. I got positive answer two days later. The interview was professional and went quite smoothly.

Entrevista
There process took about 2 hours. Meet with hiring manager for about 30 min, then took a 30 min tour of the facility. Then there was a 30 min technical interview followed by a 30 min soft skills and experience interview.
