The selection process consisted of three rounds: Technical, Management, and HR. Each round lasted for a minimum of 20-25 minutes and provided a thorough assessment of my skills and qualifications. Technical Round: In this round, I was asked questions related to HTML, CSS, GIT, and PHP. The interviewers delved into my technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, aiming to gauge my proficiency in these areas. Management Round: The second round focused on team handling and project management. I was asked about my experience in managing teams, setting goals, and handling project timelines. The interviewers also assessed my leadership skills and ability to coordinate with different stakeholders. HR Round: The final round was the HR round, where I had the opportunity to discuss my career goals, motivations, and fit for the company culture. It was more about assessing my personality, communication skills, and alignment with the company values. Overall, the selection process was comprehensive and provided a well-rounded evaluation of my qualifications and suitability for the role.

First they will conduct written test and after selected written test they will conduct face to face interview.then followed by hr round.Manily they are asked core Java questions on written test then in face to face they will ask Core java spring and hibernate
