A series of online tests, then telephonic interview followed by a video interview with the hiring manager, then a video interview with the hiring manager and a member of the board.

As compared to others who are more qualified for this post than you, what can you bring to the table?
online test- video interview-assessment centre- partner interview, and this is the whole process they use during the interview. The interview is quite clear, every part has people to guide you.
Whole day assessment centre with group case study and interview. Group activity was easy but be careful about time limit. Individual interview was mostly behavioural questions and it was very short about 30 min.

Entrevista
Group case + Partner interview. Not overly technical. Found out they were interviewing for this team but didn't have an open position from people I know internally. Obviously got declined however got a referral to get fast tracked to final round for another team for the next recruitment cycle.
