There is an initial phone interview screening, this was pretty standard. I was then invited to a interview where I was put into a small conference room. I had three interviews they were approximately 20 minutes each.

first step: phone interview (basic questions); second step: English language and finance knowledge tests; tasks to do within group of people in front of managers; interview with managers (basic questions and Excel test)
