Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en PwC (Kuala Lumpur)
Entrevista
Get good grades first (that's a must). Get an internship first if you may. Try internships in different industry groups, try advisory, try assurance. Make a good impression during your internship. Long hours is a given, if you can't work past midnight, forget it.
No internship? get the grades, be good in English. Find a referral from within the firm. Get yourself prepared about the current issues in audit / assurance. Knowing some technical knowledge on standards is a plus especially if you're interviewing for a senior role.
Be vocal, opinion-ted but not rude. Team playing characteristics is a must at an interview.
We're client based and project based. If you like working alone, don't go for this job.
Applications must be submitted online, just fill up the form, Call in HR to check up every 2-3 days to display enthusiasm. Try to network with friends who know the direct phone lines with specific HR personnel, try to understand the organisation structure and whom is who in the firm, especially the Hiring managers. Go for those student events where PwC is setting up booth, go speak to them, most people overlook these events, because here is where you can make an impression among st the thousands of CVs.
Takes quite a long time to complete the process, mostly 2 months to complete the full process. But, they will always be very through with the back ground checks. If you are looking forward to work here, never postpone your given Interview dates.
There were 4 rounds , HM 2. Technical round 3.technical round 4. Partner round. 2nd round Was 1:1 and 3rd round was with panel . The interveiw was average mostly on experience (related t data engineering)
Timely responses, recruiter email and call to check high level knowledge. Recruiter did not know many specifics about position, just was general screening. then 3 video one on one interviews, last interview was with partner. All staff were friendly and kind, all from group I would be joining.
