Entrevista
A paper questionnaire including "what would you do if..." type questions as well as competency testing appropriate for the position. Followed by an interview with the program director and one of the case manager supervisors. They ask general interview questions such as previous experiences that are relevant to the position. They ask about your preferences for supervision in the work place as well as your creative abilities.
