4-5 rounds shall be conducted.
In each round "tell me about yourself" & "number of attempts" will be asked.
Round 1 HR : Basic questions from resume and que "In which other firms interview have been given ?" Will be asked.

Round 2 Technical by Manager:
fresher -Why internal audit, how to do internal audit ? Why us? Interview given in any other firm ? Ok with salary ?
Experience- which clients served ? What type of work did ? What observations found ? How to do a particular audit ( e.g.,HR audit) ? Why you left ?
Tough. Clearing this means chances of getting selected are more than 60%. Try to score maximum.
Round 3 Technical by Senior Mgr/ Director:
Same questions but not too much toughness is expected. Comm skills and confidence is tested.
Round 4 Final by Managing Director/Partner: which novel & newspaper ? Why us and how to get to know about us ? Which clients & type of work done in detail will be asked.
Which clients your previous firm had & how much they charged ?
Almost every question will be asked again. Comm skills and confidence will be put on knife.
Toughest round but To crack this, answer every question with calmness & confidence.
