Entrevista
The first interview was a 15-minute call with the hiring manager.
After following up with an email, I then had a second longer interview with two members of the team.
Both interviews felt like they went well.
After following up the second interview with an email, I was told they were still assessing candidates.
After that I was seemingly ghosted with no rejection or the opportunity to complete the rest of the hiring process.
The rest of the hiring process would have included a task and final interview.
The role was then posted again a couple of months later. After emailing, expressing my interest again in the role, I continued to be ghosted.
This seems to be an increasing trend in the current job market.

Entrevista
The interview process started with a 15 minute call with the recruiter who gave me a good overview of different areas of the business and went over the role and asked basic questions such as career history and motivations. Within a few days I received an interview request.
I then was invited for a Teams interview with two people from the intelligence team, the interview was quite casual and made me feel less nervous.
The process was positive, even though I didn't make it to the next round due to lack of experience I would still apply in the future.

Fairly straightforward internet research and report writing tasks.
Simple questions about previous employment. Relaxed atmosphere.
Interview with team manager by phone and then in person. Member of HR present.
No surprises. Fairly swift process.
