Started with typical recruiter screening, then into a manager interview followed by a technical interview that a final round of interviews with higher ups. Recruiter I worked with was exception in terms of enthusiasm and keeping things grounded finding that balance of making me excited about the team and company but also that this was a process and nothing was guaranteed
