Process was a little bit on the lengthy side, but communication was clear on where I was in the process so I never felt like I was being hung out to dry. They are great at giving applicants resources to help them prepare for success at each step of the process. Interviews are structured in Targeted Selection format and answers are expected to be in STAR format. Researching these interviewing techniques and doing your due diligence in preparing for scenario based questions are keys to success.
