You have to first complete a Self-recorded video interview (nerve wrecking) then a phone interview a few days later if selected with a real person. Make sure you use the STAR method when answering questions
8 typical behavioral questions during video interview, you’ll have 7 days to complete interview. Once completed it is usually followed by phone interview within a week if selected. If you don’t pass video interview you have to wait another 6 months to reapply.

Great company to work for and they really look out for their employees to make sure they have a great work life balance. I would recommend to anyone seeking employee and looking for a company that takes care of their employees
