I did the Assessment test, then the first interview with one interviewer , then final interview with two interviewers. The process is extremely tedious. never had to do so much prep for a interview. A lot easier if you have some one on the inside to help you prepare along the way. If you know some one before taking the assessment test. reach out to them for assistance

First there is a game based assessment, then there is the interview which is based in behavioural questions in a panel interview (4-5 people) and you must answer questions with STAR

Template question, you can easily find it on google/youtube. You need to be fluent in english because this is the multinational company. The question commonly related with P&G value including leadership, inovation, courage, etc Tips : Be confident, tell the interviewer as honest as you can

1) Capability & personality tests (the standard ones you can find online) 2) Three rounds of interviews (mostly behavioral and situational questions) Overall smooth process. All interviews done via Teams due to covid.
