first you Apply online, and take a few tests online. Then you do a Phone interview, then an all day interview in person. Both 1:1 and group. With testing at the beginning of the day. In early, lunch and done by mid afternoon. interviewed with many different people throughout the company. met with other recent hires as well.

2 rounds of interviews total. There is a long questionnaire before the interviews. The formal interview had behavior questions and technical questions in both rounds. The 2 rounds were very similar.
You have to pass their test to continue on to the interview portion. I applied online and then met them at my college career fair. A couple days after applying online, I was invited to take an assessment. About1-2 weeks after, I got a call to schedule an interview. After that interview (1-2 weeks), a recruiter emailed me to schedule a day for a slew of interviews/talking to people. After the second round, I heard back within a few days of an offer. Each interview will ask you STAR based questions and then a scenario based question.
