My interview was 3 weeks after I applied for the position. I thought the interview went well, I spent several hours preparing , and had the required experience and the education. The recruiter seem very nice and encouraging during the interview, however, she strongly provided false hopes for moving forward with the interviewing process, and ended up ghosted me when, I called to follow regarding updates. I found this to be very unprofessional, and it left me with a bad taste for the company.

Extremely long and drawn out. Seemed as though the position was needed based on employee feedback, but there was no sense of urgency. Feedback given after my rejection was that my answers lacked "brevity".
