Pathetic interview process - Firstly, your HR will not meet you and send some office boy with you for an interview in other building which was not mentioned in the calling email. Then Hiring manger is seeking help from office boy to get the meeting rooms and finally get the interview. In all these arrangement they spent 30-40 minutes and not giving proper time for an interview. In between Hiring manager gets multiple calls and seems not interested in interview anymore. Secondly, the person who was taking an interview was non UX person and ask irrelevant questions, seriously this was the big failure of HR. Thank God, Somehow god saved me for not being hired in such a worst company with worst process.
