Worst and unprofessional interview process. I applied on company website, a month later, recruiter send email to set up a phone call. While I answered some basic questions, she was typing without interaction with candidate. I told her in email, I had time for Wednesday and Thursday for technical interview but another Pinterest recruiter sent me 2 emails: first one asked me to do on Friday, second one for Tuesday. What? Did they really read my email? Somehow, I accepted Tuesday 4pm (1 hour). On coding phone interview, the interviewer was tired and sleepy, I heard he's yawning all the time, the question was easy, I asked to clarify the question and he did not answer properly, so I gave a solution and changed it according to his requirement. After he said the solution was good, I still had 15mins to ask couple questions about company. 2 days later, I did not receive any follow up, so I sent email to 2nd recruiter, and she just forward it to 1st recruiter without any answer. Then I received auto-email said they won't move forward with my application.
