Entrevista
After submitting my application online I was contacted to perform an online cognitive and personality test. After this came two rounds of phone interviews with a recruiter and hiring manager followed by another round of video proctored cognitive and personality tests. The final step in the process involved an interview at the Denver office with several members of the team. The interview process was thorough but extremely positive. The recruiting team was always available, answered all of my questions, and ensured the interview process was comfortable with the right amount of transparency.

Had the great opportunity to successfully clear the interview.
The interview process was 3 rounds Technical and Mangerial followed by an HR discussion.
Emphasis was on the job requirement and not generic.
First round : Recruiter assessment
- Overall technical skills
- Work history
- General awareness
- Followed by a task to be competed offline which was a technical challenge of setting up of webserver from scratch, setup security, IAM and other requirememts
Second round:
A detailed discussion about the project and follow up questions.
Scneraio based questions with customer support focus. Mock customer call with an irate customer and random scenario which was very well setup and was a surprise!
Third round: HR discussion about the salary components, benefits and start date,

3 stage interview process stating with HR then technical interview followed by soft skills interview.
Good experience and engaging process. Stress free process and very accomodating. Knowledgeable interviewers. Very considerate.

Entrevista
2 informal and casual phone calls with HR recruiters then a 30 minute phoner with manager. Final video zoom with 4 people including coworkers, manager, and team lead that lasted 75 mins. Some questions were difficult but not too complex.
