The interview wasn't too difficult. I had four rounds of interviews with talent acquisition team, hiring manager, one with the sales manager and one with head of marketing, plus a pre-employment assessment.

I received an email from a recruiter on August 6th after applying to Ping on July 23rd asking for my availability for the following day for a quick call. I replied within 3 hours stating that I can be available at any time and never received a reply. I'm pretty casually job seeking at this point, but still pretty trashy practices. Ping seems to have a pretty bad reputation for employee satisfaction, so I'm guessing it's no loss.
