I was selected through an internship. I did 2 internships with Pidilite, before I was offered a PPO. Selection for the internship had 3 rounds of interviews and multiple rounds of reviews. After joining as Management Trainee, I also went through 3 rounds of reviews over a period of 6 months before getting the position.

I had 4 rounds, 1st one with Regional Sales Manager where he asked about my current experience. 2nd one with Chief of the division, 3rd with Head of Industrial adhesive division and then 4th with all of them plus the HR. The questions asked were pretty much the same, work ex, why Pidilite.

Applied through Naukri.com it took over 2 months to get a response. There after the schedule kept changing. There were three rounds of meetings with the company personnel. Similar questions were asked several times over by different people.
