Three rounds of interviews to capture case, fit and leadership, with hiring manager, HR, and higher level managers. Pretty standard case interview questions with other interviewers driving using their own interview style.
I sent in the application and successfully passed the initial screening process. After that stage was completed, they asked me to complete a HireVue interview along with an additional assessment as part of the next steps.
Okay, the HireVue interview was interesting. Consisted of 4 questions about competencies and skills. There were questions about handling feedback, what you would do in certain situations etc. The games included numerosity and shapedance.

Tell us about a time you received feedback from your teammates; how did you react?
It was ok, just the regular questions one would expect. I didn’t go through the philips system though, i worked at one of the companies philips bought later on. Not much to say about it really
